I used to play drums in a band…I even tried my hand at managing that band…I wasn’t very good at either. So I quit playing music and starting working for a company building websites and generating traffic for small and large business alike. Turns out I was better at that…

Recently I got to asking myself:

“Hey…Ryan, You’re really smart and not a terrible writer…remember how many people tried to rape you for money and over-charge you for all sorts of stuff relating to digital marketing when you were in the band? Well don’t you think there are some kids out there who could use a little chunk of this sage wisdom that you have accrued so that they don’t get gouged by stuffed shirt wankers from the recording industry?”

To which I replied to myself: “Yes “nega-Ryan”…I guess there’s a great deal of people, bands and musicians out there who could benefit from some of this stuff…gee…you sure are smart…and handsome to boot”

Nega-Ryan: “But what if some people don’t like what you have to say?”

Regular Ryan: “Fuck em…it’s not like I’m charging them for this stuff…let em go see how forthcoming Capital Records’ website is in the free digital marketing advice for bands department”

Nega-Ryan: “Good Point…gosh you’re intelligent…and almost as handsome as me…I’m sure it’ll go well”

So here I am, a professional Search Engine Optimization Consultant who works with extra large corporations making them lots of money who used to be a drummer in a moderately famous Punk Rock band sharing what I’ve learned about how to take care of your band online all by your worthless self. A site like this is long overdue.
